Yes. All the entrances have ramps. The inside is wonderfully flat and there are no carpets that i remember. The maps clearly show the elevators and the accessible bathrooms. If you have a companion who is visually impaired, bjesure to call ahead. Ip tohink they still have a tour for visually impaired visitors. Also, if you have children, they have scavenger hunt sheets and i think they might even have children activity bags. Ask at the front desk, they are very9 helpful. And there are docents and security guards in almost every gallery that you can ask anything. This is a world class museum and a joy to tour.
