The only courthouses open are Harbor and Westminster you check in at the entrance with a table depending on your case criminal, civil, or collections than you'll get a paper printed out for you to let you in the building but not many people are being let in most things are online.
I believe they are only allowing people on the docket or jurors into court. You can go to their website to confirm at www.occourts.org
