I love the updates they have made to this building. I had to wait a little bit. But I was still taken care of pretty quick. I was in and out of there within a hour! I went to pick up a replacement EBT Card. They required my ID but if you don't have ID, they do take other forms of identity. Always keep an updated piece of mail with you.... Just in case.

If you enter from the right entrance you'll have to walk around the wh mole entire building. The second building on the left entrance is where most people need to go. Definitely easiest to start everything online and going in person pushes it through.

I arrived just on time before they closed and there was 2 of us waiting to get our cards... since i was waiting near the main door they let the other person in through a side door and pulled the door shut very quickly to exclude me. Mind you this is before a 3 day weekend so ill be going without groceries for another few days all because they didnt want to serve me... id understand if there was a few people, but they made a point to exclude me and only me when all i had to do was pick up my ebt card that was printed 20 minutes ago. I called a 20$ lyft here directly after the wonderful phone operator finally had time to call and address my issue. Now I have to rely on the mercy of other dedicated government workers (not all though) to get home, bus drivers. They for the most part understand the service they provide and are reasonable, decent citizens. Its obvious who's here for a paycheck and who's here to serve their community. Rant complete, i feel better now... until the hunger sets in. Enjoy your holiday... Columbus day?!?!? Omg dont get me started.. who cares as long as you dont have to work giving people things they need, am i right? How about Andrew jackson day the monday following? Or how about a joint mcarthy/trump holiday before halloween called the red scare ignorance day. Or how about a 2018 shutdown remembrance day. Im sorry, you guys did help that lady at least.. all i ask is you remember that you are providing a service and not just receiving a paycheck.. im bitter dont mind me ***°° I got it! Columbus day should be celebrated by getting vaccinated and remembering all those who perished from disease
