The atmosphere here is excellent, enough parking ! Just big & clean . The staff here are so helpful , most so far let me borrow tape to tape up my box I was sending out .. The first time I came to this post office the worker said no you may not borrow some tape but you can buy one! lol .I definitely prefer the location here than most in Santa Ana . You don’t have a bunch of tweekers or homeless loitering in front or neighborhood.Now I try to come prepared but work and life , sometimes I’m in a rush & forget something, it always nice to get a smile & a yes ! I gave the workers I got following a 5 & atmosphere! Fs 👍👍

they AGAIN lost 2 of my packages and they don't even care, they didn't offer any help nor to look for it, nada! Im starting to belive what other person write in his review about lost packages... also I wanted to write that the girl Marlyn at the counter she is very rude she hates to speak spanish even when she had a NOPAL in her forehead... lol the guy Frank he has excellent customer service previous review from 7 yrs ago: they lost my parcel, I have to wait until they found it. the lady that called to lmk they got it, was very nice though. but regularly employees are not nice or polite :/

I dropped two small packages in a drop box next to my house. Two days later they still haven’t been scanned into the system. Called this post office 15 times with no answer. So I drove here as it’s the location that picks up the stuff from the drop box, explained my situation to the older female with black curly hair, small eyelashes, just to be told “so what are you asking me” and “next time you should just wait in the line” and that stuff dropped in the drop boxes don’t get scanned until they reach their destination! Maybe there should be a damn disclaimer on the drop box and employees shouldn’t tell their customers to “just wait in the line next time” with a sh*tty attitude

Friendly staff but god help you if you’re in a rush. I was there at 8:47am on a Tuesday and there were about 10 people in line with only 1 person working behind the counter. The line moved quickly enough but if I had been in a hurry it could have been more stressful. Make sure you get there with plenty of time to spare just in case.

Before the holidays they usually open at 6 or 7 otherwise 8:00
They open at 8 am but approaching the winter holidays they will come in an hour or two earlier because of the massive volume of people.
Another option is that the place is always open so you can deposit your letters or buy postage stamps
