All day as far as i know
Check the website they should have a schedule for open swim. But i do know that they do not offer open swim all day and you must be a member or its like a 25$ day fee. Check out yor local plunge if your not a member.
There is lap swim 2-3 lanes almost every hour slot except Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at 8:30 am when they have a class that appears to take the whole pool.
