I am a Loyal and credit card member customer since the early 90s. Sale rep name Lisa, she provided an "awesome" customer service, it's rare to find that these days.

I used to shop here a lot about 2 years ago A-list and credit card member. The store was always clean and had great service. The manager would always add items in my room that she thought I would like, I think her name was Shannon or sherry. Ever since they changed managers it all has gone done hill. They had a guy with no personality take her place. Now they have a new lady I was told she was the new manager also super lazy didn't look like she wanted to help anyone. To add to the lack of service the store is a mess. They should really pay more attention to who they have running their stores. I used to love shopping this location because of the service and how organized it was now its just as messy as downey and cerritos.

The girls were too lazy to look up my card to make a return when Del amo does it all the time. Store was clean and organized but they need to better train employees with system.

I saw a motto jacket on line so I went to see if this store had it, they did , my first time in this store I ask the employee if I can try it on ,she had the worst customer service ever ; she was very rude .she open the dressing room but I wanted to try another size to compare both , they when I ask again she gave me attitude and said again! Ok if I’m paying 150 dollars for a jacket I want to try it on to make sure is my size.i ask her if i can apply for the credit card and i guess she thought I wasn’t gonna quality because she look surprised, I decided. Not to but anything anymore because she was so rude that I didn’t want to waste my money there.so I went to eat but I really wanted the jacket , so I pass by and saw another girl her name was Ariana Soto store 0934 . I ask her if she can help me and I explained what happened and omg, she was so nice and gave me a wonderful customer service I used my new express credit card and I even got a discount I got my jacket and a wonderful discount.im a happy customer now,oh and the rude girl with horrible customer service her name is Anna, express needs to send this girl to customer service training.
