This is a really nice place to go to I live down the street from the ymca on Vermont and I come all the over here it's so much nicer cleaner over here nice people and nice staff the travel over here is so worth it 👌 the pool so cleaner over here very well maintained

The entire staff at this YMCA is so amazingly helpful. I enrolled my son during a very tough time in order to have him focus on sports. He has fallen in love with swim and the swim instructors. The entire aquatic staff hustles everyday to make it an enjoyable experience for parents. My husband and I are nothing but grateful for everything!

Great facility for the family. I have my kids enrolled in ballet and swim and have also used the service of a personal trainer there. They gym is on the smaller side but everything is clean and there isn't that intimidating gym vibe you sometimes get in other places. My trainer was Brent and he is awesome. He primarily uses your own body weight for conditioning and it's very helpful in teaching you how to do your exercised the correct way. They also have spring and summer camps (and any other day the school is closed and you have to work) for the kids. The spring camp and school holiday daycare is basic with a few field trips but I have no complaint and they are safe. Still I wished they had more themed camps like STEM but maybe I'm just a nerdy parent.

Both my 4 year old daughter and my 9 year old play indoor soccer here and they love it. The facility is always kept up and clean, the pricing is good, and the staff is amazing! I’d recommend it to everyone!

Hi Filippo, We have an outdoor heated pool. The cost varies depending on which membership you are looking to get our Adult membership is $49/monthly with a 1 time $79 joining fee. We are open Monday-Thursday 5a-9p, Friday 5a-8p, Saturday 8a-6:00p and Sundays from 12:00p-5:00p. For more information, check out our website at https://www.lbymca.org/
Hi Peggy, We do not require a vaccine, but masks are required inside the facility at all times. The swimming pool is available and the schedule can be found online at lbymca.org We also have a weight area outside, which does not require a mask. The group exercises that we have outside don't require a mask either.

Not at all. There are two types of plans. A single facility plan and a multi- location plan that you can sign up for. I think there are about 4 "local" locations if you decide on the multiple facility plan. I'm a resident of North Long Beach but since my kids schools are near the Lakewood facility I joined that location instead for their after school programs.
