The union rescue mission, don't want help ,homeless people .the Union rescue mission employees are hypocrites and don't care about the community,and welfare of poor people. It's not a good place ,to try to start over..urm employees will stand in your way..look to god for help...
Yes. He can. If he needs long term help, he should be able to get case management as well.
I don't think so you have to be in a program and have a case worker but he can go there and go through a screening process and if he qualifies they'll give him a place to live
