Careful tho, they don't always stop pulling money out of your card. Check after a month and hope they would return your money.
Consider about the monthly payment that you paid in advance, date of cancellation should be before your next cycle unless you would be paying a month of extra just because of few days.
Let them know the place is not up to public health standards including moldy floors, walls which display black grouting lines when in reality are light grey lines when properly clean. There is always free standing water clogging the drains which members have to dodge before going to the shower and it smells very foul,something the local health department would love to inspect and fine them for not complying with health code. Tell them you will report all health code violations to the county .
You have to go and cancel it in person and take paper from the manager that you cancelled your membership
