I'm going to say yes they do. I've seen the supplement licorice root which is heard of to fight h.pylori. My mom battles with h.pylori, she tries to eat the foods that won't irritate/flare it up along with other things the Doc may Rx. Also at one time she tried Gastro Health by Nature's Sunshine.
