thank you for the info.. I have my tags now.. It so happen that I'm a AAA member.. and happened to passby one of their office.. Luckily they have this included in their DMV assistance.. Just gonna wait for my title in a week Tru mail as they told me..
You should not have to, smog people should have sent pass certificate electronically. DMV should sent out tags in about 1 month so keep your passed certificate in the car along with your receipt for registration. Congratulations
