Friendly and helpful staff. Great showroom and they always have a few interesting BMW bikes to look at. They have always been great on getting parts quickly and being prompt on letting me know when they get them in. They also rekeyed a luggage box for me for free after I spent a few hours attempting it on my own.

I also got good clear advice and always friendly service. Thanks for your help! 4/26/19...Just had Browns put new Michelin Pilot Activ tires on my rebuilt R90/6. Dave recommended them. What an improvement. My bike feels so much better. Agile, sure footed, comfortable, tighter. Ordered Wednesday, installed today (Friday). In and out in just over an hour. Keep up the great work!
