We had cancelled our policy with this company and they took money from our account again now they are telling me that it will take 1 month/ 4weeks for us to get our refund. Please make sure that if you go to a broker they tell you the name of the insurance before getting this one.

If I could post 0 stars I would. I hope and pray nobody else has the misfortune of being hit and/or injured by one of their insured. They will not pay what it costs to repair your car. They gave me $2600 for $4700 worth of damage. I ended up having to go through my own insurance...which thankfully was an option. Goodluck to anyone who has this joke of insurance or gets hit by their insured. And good luck getting emails and or phone messages returned. Lorena Diaz was a horrible adjuster and her supervisor Stephanie Tep wouldnt even return my call. I won't give this company anymore energy then I already have.

To CEO..... This company is a complete disgrace!!! Your people that work for you....Don't return call's,email, and when you call you only get the voicemail... and then you call again and again to only get....Sorry the person you are calling voicemail full unable to leave messages!!!!🤬... You try to try to call to a higher up person and all you get is a Voicemail...again only to keep calling and voicemail full...No one answer your call's or returns them back ...So people beware when you are shopping around and use a insurance broker and you feel like it's a good deal it's NOT!!! And beware of broker !! Because they only sale it to you they can't help you when you get no where with this company!!! As a matter of fact it's worthless to go to a broker because you pay extra to use them 😡🤬 After all I have read from other customer's I am in the same place about my Claim ..5 weeks into placing this claim....nothing is being done and another payment is do !! And another high payment is due !! So BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!

By far the worst experience with an insurance company that I have ever had. Their insured wrecked into me and it has been 3 months I’ve been fighting them to fix my car and to NOT total it so that they can take it, fix it, and flip it for a profit. It is insanely hard to get ahold of your adjuster. They don’t evaluate your car in person, but via an online 3rd party. They will offer you WAY below what your car is worth. They will take days to return a simple phone call. If you are dealing with a claim you will have to call everyday to get something done. BEWARE. Do not insure yourself with this company for the care of others! I can’t imagine they treat their customers much better.

Jasmine is true. Rather, some big thieves charge too much every month, there are 12 dollars that they add or if they don't tell you if you pay every 4 do not open that charge of 12 or if they don't tell you, they have already renewed and you have to pay every 19 after they charge you 4 are worse than dogs
