Convenient location, beautiful grounds, well maintained and fantastic management. I have been living here since December of 2021 and cannot say enough good things about it. They keep the grounds beautiful and well groomed. They respond to maintenance tickets with lightening speed. All the amenities you want, they have including swimming pool, hot tub, gymnasium, package service and more. I had a bad leak in my apartment and they diagnosed it quickly, fixed the leak, fixed the sheet rock, changed the floor and repainted the walls all within one week. I am very happy with IMT Pleasanton and highly recommend them.

I came to your the community and the assistant manager iby assisted me in showing me the model. I explained to him I was moving from out of town and how nervous I was about the area and coming to a new city. He explained he was new and highlighted some things about the area and made me honestly feel at home. I will be submitting an application as soon as a 2 bedroom becomes available and excited to explore the Pleasanton area.

We just moved in recently. The process including preparing all the paperwork is definitely not easy - thanks to the help from Dana and Katie, we successfully got everything ready. The staff are very responsive and pay attention to details, Dana always reply to me right away and guide me through the entire process. We just had a heater issue on a Sunday, Jack came along right away and helped us to resolve it quickly. It’s very helpful and a bless that we have him onsite. Thanks to all the IMT staff - keep the good work going! 👏

Dana was very friendly and knowledgeable about the property. She was very accommodating in showing us the full range of available apartments and personally assembled us a list of the varying prices and features of each unit to help with our decision. She was very responsive during our signing process and we had a short turnaround from your to move-in despite the many steps required. Overall the process was very smooth and heavily influenced our decision to stay with IMT.
