This has been a horrific experience! You have major rodent problems that have cost us thousands of dollars worth of product and way too many man hours to count. We had several drive-up units and a parking stall, spending thousands and thousands of dollars each year for our storage needs. We even moved our largest unit, 10 x 30, to a new building in attempt to rectify the situation because we were told there were no problems in that building. Wrong! We signed up for your insurance (they declined to help us) and it was no better! This left us with no other option but to move out all our units and our parking stall!!! We are now at Public Storage with three walls that go all the way up to the ceiling, and the fourth wall has large and very small grates at the top for venting, with no way a rodent can get in. Your facility is reliant on everyone not bringing food into their units. If one person does not comply, all of us suffer as the rodents roam freely from one unit to the other because at least two walls do not meet the ceiling plus your traps can't keep up. I can't tell you how upsetting this situation has been over the last 18 months or so. We tried to work with the GM and then the DM. No luck! Very horrible situation and we will make sure to let everyone we know not to use your facilities.

The great customer service I received! Both the General Manager, Josh, and his Manager, David, were both understanding when the fire happened behind my unit causing the sprinklers to go off. They helped save what they could for I was out of state. They are the best! I feel that they went above and beyond, and that is amazing customer service. Thank you for being amazing human beings.
