Staff was great, despite the Thanksgiving holiday rush. My order was waiting for me. Store was properly organized.

Long line 3 days before Thanksgiving. Wasn't too surprised but whether you reserve online or walk up, it's the same long line. Waited about 30 minutes in line. I was surprised there are no warm up and serve directions. I bought smoked turkey breast and ham. They recommend you serve it cold or at room temp. I didn't like that. I understand the risk of drying the meat out with warming it but I've never had cold ham and turkey unless in a sandwich, certainly not as a main dish for a feast. It was pricey which I was willing to pay if it was good. The ham did not come with any special glaze. It was okay. I've had better for a lot cheaper. The turkey was sweet like candy. I don't know why but geez it was sweet. I can't even put it in another dish for leftovers. Even in a sandwich it was just too sweet. Tried it once. Don't recommend it. And won't be trying it again.

Ham sandwich was amazing with the Hawaiian roll. The staff were very courteous and accommodating. Service was quick. Staff wearing masks correctly
