No but it will take a while. You can make an appointment online and it'll be much quicker
No but, at Pomona it's going to be about two hours on the phone to set up an appointment. Then in 4 to 5 months later you have to come in 2 to 3 hours before your appointment. Or you can just walk in and wait about six hours for them to call you for non appointment. If you can I suggest another DMV this place wait time is ridicules. I
