Go to the DMV tomorrow and let them know you didn't get you license renewal. Don't let your license expire, because if you wait too long, they can make you take the renewal 18 question written test.

My took almost 3 weeks. I had to go again and request an extension for the temporary one they gave me. They can tell you when it was shipped and when will arrive.
