Hi - my neighbor let's their dog freely roam the street. They do leave food and water out for him. However, the dog has been attacked by other dogs and we observed multiple times how he almost got hit by a car. What to do?

Report it to animal control they will coming to pick it up and give him in adoption if his friendly in ur phone go to animal control in the city u are at and it will give u the phone number and locationalso you can report your neighbor to the police that they did this let their dog out in the street and will be in trouble they will keep ur information private so ur neighbor wont know what happen who call the police it will be confidential
