They don't have enough employees so forget it! Absolutely no diversity, and there's alot of people there that don't know what they're doing, but think they do. I call so many times but never get a response. They do nothing for poor neighborhoods. There are so many Stray and Feral cats in my neighborhood that I personally feed, because these are hungry animals. Mating season is around the corner, and I can't get anyone at the facility to anwser a phone and help me get them fixed. How do you charge people trying to help, a rental fee for feral cages to catch cats, which are not theirs, to prevent them from making a even bigger problem. No one to call for help. How can we, the public, get something so we can check if a animal is microchipped, so we can return pets to their rightful owners. We would do a better job than Animal Services! When and if they pick up dead animals, they don't check to see if microchipped. Witnessed with my own eyes!

They are largely volunteer run because of low funding. They do they're best though. If you go in they will fit hey're best to help you.
