I dont think there really is a good time to go. Theres always a line. But it does move fast.
Early in the morning or in the evening around 5pm,
Avoid weekends, during the week there's usually no lines. We just went on a Wednesday afternoon and walked straight in
Go as early as you can or else expect to wait in line for hours.
Be sure to scan the QR code for any store you want to visit most have, they set you in Virtual Queue.
I went around noon and we went straight in
It really depends on a lot of things. Right now it's really to figure that out because of covid. In the past the busiest times were Friday thru Sunday and even busier in the summer. Mid week is usual the slowest.
Go during the week and get there when they open. The parking lot opens at 9:45 am and Downtown Disney opens at 10:00 am.
Arrived at noon and it wasn't to packed. Just make sure there no special events the day you plan on going. So you can get in quick
10am or 11. In the morning
When they open. This week, it was 10am. By 11:30, there will be lines at all open stores. Most of the lines move fast even though they look huge. Physical distancing make them seem like more people than they are that they are. So don't let the World of Disney line scare you :). 'Off the page' was a slow mover and it is mostly a regular store with some art in the back and the "back stage" store, is just another store, nothing special.
The best time 2 go is during the week we go when they open it's not so busy in the morning.it starts 2 get busy by after noon
Week days but if you plan on shopping some stores require a time reservation
Weekday and early
When they open during the week day
I got there by noon. Line wasn't long. We left at 2 line was very long.
During the week if you can manage and mid morning in my opinion.
We went last week and if you get there when it opens the lines are not bad and the lines do move fairly fast.
Before 4:00 week days and around the time they open on weekends.
