I would say no on dining cars space is a premium and intimate Leave your dog at home where he wd be more comfortable and so would the other passengers amazing trip !
I sure if you contacted them by calling or emailing customer service they can answer your questions. I didn't see any pets when I was on the train but that doesn't mean that they aren't. I would definitely call because you definitely don't want to miss out on this train...
