The sunset dome ride was BEAUTIFUL, it just felt a little short unfortunately. The food was amazing! Each plate was such a delicious journey. Highly recommend. Maybe do one of the longer rides. By the time we finished eating, there was only like 20 min left.

It was a fun little one-time experience. We went for the Gourmet Express Lunch and the food was just okay, but everyone knows that’s not why it costs $255. It was really interesting to ride the train and we had the chance to take some pretty great photos. However, I don’t think it’s worth the price tag so taking off one star.

My wife and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary and wanted to experience something unique. The train overall was a really good experience, with very nice views of Napa. The service: OUTSTANDING!!! Our section was served by Jose. He was such a wonderful and professional. He really made us feel like we were VIP and made us feel very special. He even brought us a special treat because it was our anniversary. We inquired about dietary restrictions and he was so helpful. Also, he constantly checked on our experience and he was an overall great asset to have. Super friendly and super hospitable. ****Thank you so much Jose for making this a unique experience****

We LOVED our wine train tour. This is an absolute must do for anyone in the region!!! Our server - J - was a delightful treat for the day and took excellent care of us. As well as Miguel , who made sure we got on and off the train at each stop. (And made sure we didn’t get left behind, because… we’ll… ) but this was just a total ball!!! I’d probably do it again the next time I come just for the massive amount of fun I had. Also make sure you go visit the store in the shop. They have so much to offer!!! Such good stuff!!!!

They can, it's a fun thing for families to do. While it sounds like an exclusively romantic thing for couples this is not the case
Not sure about the wine train, sure they do, but a lot of the wineries themselves do
They aren't too strict as long as you dress nicely; buisness, buisness casual, or casual. They just don't want anyone show up in sweats and a tee shirt obviously.
Yes you can book online but it may be advantageous to call. When you speak with the very personable staff they can give you some advice a few tips that you may not have thought of and my experience has been that it was an enjoyable conversation as well as educational.
Hey there! Best to visit our website for enquiries regarding our packages.
Advice would be make advance booking for the Napa Train to find a good deal 👍
The Wine Train takes you from Napa to Calistoga and it turns around. Great experience but unfortunately it does not operate like a "public" commuter train. Good luck!
Good Afternoon Abel, At this time we do not offer transportation from San Francisco but there is a great package option for our Dinner trip called Best of Wine Country in a Day you would book directly with Napa Valley Wine Country Tours. They provide the transportation portion of the expereince. I hope this helps let us know if you have any further questions. Respectfully, Ragina Garcia Director of Customer Service Napa Valley Wine Train

I don't think other patrons would like to hear children during the trip and I don't believe they can do the wine tours. It would be very boring for them. Definitely geared towards over 21. I have taken my grandchildren aboard during the "Santa train" and they enjoyed that. I see people complaining if spending over $900 a couple, (Legacy) and have children playing or crying... Many go for "adult" time and special occasions.
It will kill you ... don't smoke and respect others right to have a healthy air.
Depends on which tour you decide to do. The legacy tour was 403.00 and included 4 course lunch and 3 winery tours and was about 6 hrs.

Translation for the original question: "What days are you open and the hours Per month"
I think so. There was an Air Force couple and they mentioned something. Never hurts to ask.
We went in February and it was great... No crowds. Weather was a little rainy but they supplied umbrellas. And it was mostly sunny.
It is still a beautiful ride through the wine country, some of the hill tops u can see scarred markings from the firestorm. But over all no, not a hindrance for the trip. Now is the perfect time to go!
What is the cost? Is March a good time? Hubby and buddy’s are turning 60!
