I was there on February 3rd. About two-thirds of the trails are closed, but the main trail is open. You walk through burned areas, which actually are all recovering. It's really beautiful, and amazing to see. I highly recommend you visit Sugarloaf.
Most of the trails are closed by the fire. It is best to check the parks website for the most up to date info.
Absolutely it is still affected. There are substantial trail closures still in effect. Probably about half the trails are closed - check in at kiosk when you go. But the campground, picnic areas are open.
You probably won't notice that there was a fire unless you're a frequent visitor.
