I love it here. It's so Beautiful. The best host and kind staff. Lot's of Beautiful scenic view on the many trails trail. Waterfall right time of year. Watch the stars from the near by Observatory. no cell but WiFi available close to office some camps. Perfect costal campsite close to Santa Rosa.

Showers, public restrooms, and a visitor center with wifi and various camping necessities for sale. The camp sites are spacious and many of them are shaded. Bonus is that when you book online you can actually see a picture of what that particular campsite number looks like. The campground is also right next to where most of the trails begin and the observatory isn't far either.

Wicked nice campground with about 50 or so sites, each nicely setup with plenty of space. I couldn't figure out how to get the shower to kick on the hot water, my quarters just didn't work, but there was an endless amount of cold water and the room was super clean. I really like the fact the Park is only a few minutes, around a half-hour, from Santa Rosa, plus you have all the wineries in Sonoma Valley below, just minutes away.

Nice location, well maintained. Each site has its own porta potty for covid safety. Solid camp amenities (fire pit, table, food storage). Visitor center sells firewood and other essentials. Great trails in the area. Main downside is that the campsites are really packed in close. Don't expect to have much privacy or isolation at your site. Campers have to be very respectful to not disturb neighbors, and the camp host doesn't reliably enforce that.
