Well, if I was you. I would go to the eye doctor and get new glasses that will allow you to see those letters at the DMV. and you will be ok. Good luck.

There's no eye exam in the DMV. They just ask you to read those lines of letters 20 feet away. If you can read those, the DMV worker will say you are OK. If not, you are not pass their test.
