Best to show up at 5am if you want to be seen that day. Yes they run out by 730 because they start passing it out around 6am. Plan to loose at least 3 hours or more.
At this DMV it is recommended to show up at at around 6:30 am to get a ticket for a same day appointment. Its a system they have at that office, not sure if it's the same everywhere else. They run out of tickets at around 730 or 8 am.
You arrive about 430-500am. At 6'- 7am numbers given out til they run out. Got if or di rt you are taken in to gill out application then sent back out to wait until 8am. The paper has the app time we'll let you in. Gor examples 8-9, 10''11 13-1 etc. You would not be seen earlier. Hope this helps.
