Tried for two hours to find out where to park and know one answering a call had a clue where public parking was. Not a single operator. Educate your staff.

There is a large parking structure for the hospital parking near the main entrance and separate parking for the ER is right in front of the ER.. Just come to the hospital, it's not too hard to find the parking.
