Don't take rout 57X often cause it will pass the northgate or brea mall. I will also like the bus stops clean octa atleast have a look at those extremely dirty stops with pee everywhere, Its Been like what 10 years since you guys added them take some action and listen to your community. Another route that I want to share is route 53 Edinger Ave and Long beach is completely horrible they take like an hour and they get lost and getting to another route like 57X, A150, 66

I have been using OCTA bus service for a long now. The drivers are super helpful but they are never on time, either early or late. Also, you’ll see them stopping at the middle of road and take rest. This needs to be fixed. OCTA should take some guidance from Japan West Transportation. They are very punctual.

Update 3/18/2022- After calling OCTA 20 times they failed to have a supervisor "call me back" 6 years later. I should bring this matter up as as hate crime to the Governor of California. OCTA Bus driver Stephanie, African-American female with short hair. Route 46 Bus 2322 Racist, rude, and hates her job. OCTA owes me an apology and this lady should be fired and should reconsider her career. If the situation was switched, and a white bus driver told a black man to "get the hell of the bus" and to "pay another fare"... all hell would break loose and we would see "Black Lives Matter" protests. It's simple, if you do not have passion for your job FIND ANOTHER ONE.

Do not waste $70 for the 30 day pass. The buses will often simply not show up. You will pay more in Uber & Lyft fees in a week relying on the bus system.
