I was just shopping for an item that the website said the location had available for pickup and cashier said that they didn't. Furthermore the cashier said that the website saying it was available for pickup meant that it is available by Napa stores in general : really, It was my first and last time there. Unknodlegable employees and poor customer service! 😞

Waiting 1 hours for trans fluid, and 2 feet of hose, was first in line. Beyond frustrated, the other employees should have helped after seeing it take so long.
