If I could give this place a zero I would. This clinic was by far, the WORST experience I've had yet. I went to get covid testing on the 31st and they said I had to come back tomorrow for it to be a full 10 days since my prior covid test, okay that's fine. Forward to tomorrow and I get there at 9 am for my appointment, call them 3 times before someone picks up, give them my name, and they say someone will be out, PERFECT. Then 30 minutes pass and I call them again...and they say "oh someone should be out soon"...so I wait another 15 minutes and the car next to me gets helped. The lady then comes over to me and asks for my name, and then leaves again. She comes back and informs me that the other lady never made a new appointment for me so I have to call the front desk and schedule for right now. I'm very irritated that it's been over 40 minutes by this point...so I call and they say "it looks like your insurance is inactive" (which is understandable because I got a new insurance recently) but by this point, I was fuming. So I asked how much it would be without insurance since I didn't have my new card on me...they said 250$ for an antigen test. I said bye. It's the fact that I waited almost an hour for them to tell me that they didn't even have an appointment for me in the first place. The excuse was that there was someone else with my name... the ladies at the front desk never even checked to confirm my name/last name. I'm very disappointed and left in tears. Worst place ever. I got better care at a Walgreens drive-thru. You're better off making an appointment elsewhere.

This clinic is still operating in the 60’s. We did a covid test and they are asking us to come in person to pick up the result. They can’t fax / email / mail / pigeon post it .

Efficient clinic quick Covid test results at the beginning of August. Got test results within 1-2 hours. It’s a curbside clinic you don’t have to get out of your car. The staff come do the swab and doctor walks out to provide the results. We saw Dr.Newman he was friendly, personable and explained the results. I would recommend and go to this clinic for quick Covid test results. I would call in advance to check they are stocked for Covid tests.

Provider Lana Phan was amazing. My family tested positive for Covid and she took a long time explaining to us the isolation requirement. Also the Covid Test appointment was available within the same day we called. The girl who did our tests was gentle and the service was fast and excellent. I will definitely be coming back to this place for any urgent needs. Thank you for all your help!
