I was recommended to Irma by a friend so I called and made an appointment with Irma for a Saturday over the phone. Super smooth process. When I came in to the salón I was immediately greeted by Irma. She sat me in her chair right away. I showed her the photo of the color of my hair inspiration and she got to work getting me the color I wished for. She was able to get my hair the color I wanted without any damage to my hair and it turned so beautiful. I love My hair! Irma is so very sweet polite, throughout my appointment she checked on me every few minutes asking if I was ok my entire appointment. I had the pleasure of being present on a day where Irma’s husband was also in the salon . He to checked up on me plenty of time Making sure I was doing good, offering me food or refreshments. Needless to say they make you feel welcomed and are very attentive to your every need, they have phenomenal customer service. I witnessed that as a client walks in someone greets them and they are being sat in a stylist chair and taken care of right in the first few minutes upon arrival, everyone in the salon takes initiative to do this. The salon is very inviting and has a happy environment feeling. Everything is so clean and designed so nicely. They have convent parking right in from of the salon. I give Irma salon 2 thumbs up

Irma is AMAZING. She listens to you carefully on what you want. Then, she explains how everything is gonna go. Her work is clean, nice, and she is very respectful. I went from black hair to blonde. My hair didnt get unneccessary damage. It took a couple sessions but we got were I wanted with my hair. Sooo Happy!!
