I would give - stars if possible. I've never had more issues with a company in my life, except perhaps Spectrum. The back and forth, misinformation, letters, papers, constant emails is beyond negligent. I am willing to pay more money each month to not have to deal with Medi Cal Kids ever again. What a joke. What a nightmare. What a shame that we pay into these programs and aren't even able to use them because of mismanagement, poor training, and broken systems. I feel for anyone who has to deal with them.

Overcrowded and loud No place to sit with your child. bring with you any food or water and games to play with child. Social workers are not on the side of the child or the family it all about numbers for money so there paycheck is coverd by the government bean counters ....... wham every you turn any paperwork to your social worker be prepared to bring 6 copy’s to court for you lawyer so then court will receive you work like all you verification of Completion of you case plan . The only reason I gave one star is the front dask persons are nice and caring even behind plexiglass they have a hart. God bless And pray for the Children in the system.for there safety . And safe return ! family first NOT THE Paycheck for under Qualified social workers . High school drop out with a GED can be a social worker .....what. A Joke CPS

What can I say not the best place your favorite place in mind however I was treated with respect and dignity and my impression of this place totally was changed forever go in anything going with an open mind and I believe you will come out happier than you walked in honestly thank you for your help and services you and your agency are amazing and you want to help they are not the bad people here

Im no professional, but as long as its not court ordered, it should be fine. You cannot kidnap your own child. Im from ohio, and if you are not married, state says that the mother is assumed custodial parent.
If you have received public assistance such as cash aid, EBT, Medi-cal, or received overpayment, contact the person on the letter.
You can apply for housing in Garden grove or Santa ana at the housing authority.
