Steve was so helpful, understanding, and cooperative to sell me my car! I had an amazing experience, any questions I had were answered, and explained. It was overall an amazing experience and I am so happy I purchased my car through Toyota of orange. I tried to go to another Toyota dealer and had nothing but problems and was met with rudeness instead. Not here though! Took my car for service but also wanted to check on a noise I was hearing while steering. My service advisor, Patrick, definitely made sure to follow up with me every step of the way providing me with a loaner vehicle and sending me updates throughout the week. 10/10 would recommend as issue was resolved being covered under extended warranty.

8 years since the first time I went to Toyota of Orange to get a oil change on my Tundra David Devilla was the guy at service desk, very nice guy, he treats you like a good friend Now DAVID DEVILLA as a SERVICE MANAGER keeps giving to me an excellent service as the first day I see him every time there and him personally bring my truck to his-Toyota excellent technicians That make me feels I’m with a good friend Any body can say “that’s his job” but who cares? That make me feel I’m a VIP I like to mirror with people, be confident so everybody can feel comfortable, even when I’m giving a service or if I am the customer. Toyota Of Orange is the only place I would ever go to purchase a car. I have been a customer of theirs since I got my license. Recently they contacted me to end my lease early to see if I wanted to get into a new vehicle. The Finance Department with Adrian was seamless and quick! He explained everything thoroughly and I was on my way with my new car in about one hour.
