This was a tier one on my insurance which is a PPO.. I ened up paying more than my co-worker with the same insurance (and his hearing aid cost more). When I called they said it was a hippa violation to tell me who the other person was. I realize this then she said can you tell me another person had come in saying that too. She then said "tell me who HE is".. How would you know it's a man? I never said it was a male co-worker. Not only was she rude but she basically violated the hippa law too. You never disclose any information and then ask for his name. I notified my insurance and I was told they didn't even bill my insurance. I used all my FSA funds to pay this. What a joke. My advise if you come here make sure you get a copy of your Audio-gram so you can go anywhere else to get a hearing aid. The audio-gram is basically a prescription for hearing aids. The doctors were nice but the BILLING TERRIBLE SERVICE. I can't believe this is part of St Joseph's. They need to check this place out and the terrible insurance/billing procedures they're doing which are semi illegal. So sad!

STAY AWAY from working here! They treat staff like they are disposable. Leadership is racist and discriminate employees. PAY IS REALLY LOW compared to other companies, and they do not provide relocation assistance. Turnover is high in certain departments, especially administrative-type roles. And there is definitely a lack of infection control folks that care. It seems as if staff is just there to collect a pay check and not there to improve patient care. I would not refer anyone to work for this company. "Best company to work for"?! What a sick joke.

My husband who is 70 years old, type 1 diabetic and had a transplant in July of 20 came down with Covid pneumonia at the beginning of the year instead of keeping him the second time I brought him to the hospital they sent us home and the next day he collapsed and had to be taken to the hospital in a ambulance. Where he had to be in the hospital for almost a month. When he was taken in the ambulance we came to find out that they only had 1 emergency doctor there. When I asked why they wouldn’t keep him the doctor told me that they had other patients that needed to be first but with all of his health issues I felt he should have been kept there after the2nd time we went back. There is a lot more to this story but I do not think I have enough space. This hospital use to be a good hospital but not now

They have the means to know how much you owe and don't tell you until you arrive for your appointment. Do not help with billing. They say they don't know if you're covered and tell you to check with your doctor and insurance. The insurance and doctor said everything was covered. Then when you go the day of the appointment this hospital tells you that you do owe and they tell you exactly how much you owe. They should be transparent and let you know ahead of time. I doubt they billed correctly.

Hav posted 100s of photos on Google maps for this location. Every lot is marked & even has 360° views. Check b4 call or Google Maps IT LOL good luck 🤞
Call our Mother-Baby Assessment Center. I'm sure they have a list of OB's on staff.
I strongly suggest that you go to this facility's emergency room fast because if you are throwing up there could be something else wrong with you. Or perhaps this problem has caused internal damage in another part of your body. Pray to god for guidance and hope for the best. I hope this helps in some way.
Depends what your going in for! Im assuming if its an emergency avoiding a long wait is not your priority giving the fact its an emergency. Now if ur question is in regards to an appointment go for early morning just kerp in mind you never know what could happened, dr. On call ect. And u get stuck waiting!!!! Now visiting someone then YES, early mornings would definitely be your best bet. good luck
They have a laboratory on the first floor and they do recommended you make an appointment, as they get busy, especially early morning. And their phlebotomists are very efficient and friendly. I’ve been there many times and never had any issues. Good luck!
