It's my understanding if they're a true therapy dog and you have paperwork they have to let you in

Rest assured we adhere to all state and federal laws related to Service Animals and Companion Animals. Our staff trains on fair housing laws, ADA and other laws and best practices related to Service Animals and Companion Animals. We very much want our residents to have the accommodations they need for their health. That said, if you are asking as a guest of someone who actually lives in the park rather than someone who lives at the park please clarify. Sometimes residents do not wish for their guests to bring an animal into their home and you may need to address that with the resident directly if you are asking as a guest.

I don't know. But I have two 15 yr old Jack Russell's that go everywhere with me. I can't even stop by and see my elderly mother with them. Even when I leave them in the car. I always clean up after my animals and I would love to be able to walk with my mom. I also live in a manufactured home park . Park of it is 55 and older. They welcome the dogs coming through to visit. I don't know how, when or why the rules changed. I hope you can hsve your therapy dog there! I have to leave my dogs at home, which now limits my visits to my mom. Thanks Lee's Village. This rule bites You adhere to the laws regarding therapy animals, but not ones regarding kindness and grace. My mom has her therapy dog, but we can't walk with her. I have a home business and I don't get to see her as often as I would like. I'm really upset about this new rule
