We were asked the age, but they asked to see the RV and if it was in good condition it was fine even though older.
No age limit. Only required to be in good condition
Erins smaller park called twin totems a few years ago I was living in my 1984 5th wheel. As long as it is good condition you'll get in. ;)
Depends on the length of time you plan on staying. If it's for a longer period of time, I believe I was told, it was more on the condition of your trailer/Rv after a certain year. Hope that helps.
