No camping at Thompson's Mill State Park. Only camping is at private RV parks in the area. Armitage state park with camping is at least 30 miles south on I5.

I saw RV's in the parking area but I assume for just day use; I didn't see any connecting campground. The park manager probably could recommend some place nearby to camp.
