Only if you want to use the gazebos to have a party and there is a fee that I been told to go into the rose gardens. Also there is a pond where you can rent a paddle boat. But the park itself there is no charge. Good luck.

The park is completely public. You can set up a party or picnic for free and/or reserve an area of you'd like. Renting a boat is the only fee I believe

You can rent a spot its first come first serve if the spot is not rented it's all so first come first serve but if somebody rents the spot they will ask you to move
