The fish are planted just for fishing. You can take them. Just mind the limits.

Im sure there able to take .I always caught little ones and threw them back .
If you take the fish you caught.. I wouldnt eat them.

You Can catch the fish and release them or catch them and keep them. I don't think the water is clean enough to eat them because of the city air and water quality.
