You can not take food inside, but you can get a stamp and go to your car and eat or they have a picnic area outside the park to sit and eat at. We always take ice chest with sandwiches, water etc and just go eat at car and go back in. Alot of people do it, have chairs in trunk sit and tailgate eat then go back. Make sure you get arm stamped tho.
You can bring in water. I usually freeze it and bring them in a bag.
If you are a diabetic you can bring in special food, to cover your needs . Also water, apple, orange, celery, carrots.
