Umm no not into the park . But you do have the option of dining at your car in the parking lot . That's where most people have lunch or snacks or whatever. So to be clear they DO NOT LET YOU TAKE IN ANY FOOD , DRINKS , CHAIRS , OR CARPETS .
Folding chairs yes!!
Well definitely you can bring your folding chairs, and look for a spot to have them, the carpet I don't think so... I went with my family and friends! They took their beach folding chairs, so I don't think there's a problem.
