No, they do have some regulations though. No denim of any kind and no clothing with buttons such as the ones you may find on a pair of jeans. Also certain rides may have their own safety guidelines or restrictions due to safety and liability concerns.
You do not have to wear swimming suit. You can wear Santa Claus outfit, winter clothing, heated jacket, or Borat's banana hammock mankini if your heart desires. As long as you are comfortable, that is all it matters. Maybe save the mankini for Halloween. Haha. Then again, if you have one & willing to wear it, more power to you.
Not at all, I have gone with shorts and one time I wore A t-shirt. They didn't mention it at all.
