You can pay a cooler fee and bring in some foods. I believe they limit the type of food to foods they do not sell. no glass. sandwiches are OK. the cooler fee last year was $30. I'm not sure this seasons.
Yes, it's $20 for a small cooler and no fast food or alcohol. You are allowed one refillable water bottles (like Nalgene) per person for free. There's a water fountain to fill your bottle.
