Car is still in the body shop. Wow. Claim was put in end of January! It is now March 23rd. Car was supposed to be ready two weeks ago, then last week, then today, and now maybe next week. If you guys hadn't lagged and pretty much ignored every plea/call I made at the start of the claim, I think I would have my car back now. Still a 1 star, still a complete waste of money and time. Go somewhere else.

Absolutely useless. A complete waste of money, time, and effort. I’ve dealt with 6 people for one claim, and not a single person helped/communicated…it’s literally me calling them reminding them to do their jobs. Thanks for nothing. Go get different insurance!

Funnny how this company doesn't ask any questions when they're taking all your money for payment. Yet when something happens to your car they ask for bank info and even phone records for the time period your vehicle was damaged. For what! None of that had anything to do with my car. This company harasses you with emails and calls to "" get your car fixed. They discriminate is what they do. Im canceling my claim and my insurance ..Thanks progressive.. I'll fix my own car.
