I have a friend who has a sick animal that is suffering and even though she doesn’t want to, her animal needs to cross over but she is looking for a place that can help her. She can only make payments and has little or no credit. Any ideas?

I agree with Jacqueline's answer. Try to call them and see what they can do. Additionally, she might try calling local vet's. Several are willing to work out payment arraignment's.
