I'm really sorry to hear a few people didn't have good luck with Cornerstone. I absolutely love them. They have really saved me. After getting out of a bad relationship last year, I needed to move. I called them, was able to apply for housing that day and was approved in a few days! My rent is super cheap which is nice. I have a 2 bed 1 bath home and I love it. Any time I have called with an issue they seem to come out no later than the next day and fix it. I'm grateful for them. I recommend them to everyone needing help.

I know we don't have winters like this but they didn't care to help make sure my pipes didn't freeze before this happened. They should have been insulated before and then they want to use heat tape... What a joke. The pipes are in crawl space where no sunlight gets so they will never get light and that tape doesn't work... I'm not able to shower or do laundry but I guess at least I have cold in one sink to fill up my toilet so I can flush. They don't care about their people because they don't have this issue at their home

If you are looking for a second chance? Cornerstone of Topeka is the place to go. The staff is very family-friendly orientated the maintenance crew are punctual and polite.

They are racist they don't help you like they are suppose to they have allot of drug use and drug traffic coming in and out of there different homes and apartments they don't like black or African Americans. They are rude and disrespectful. And some of their apartments and homes have bed bugs they have you sign a paper for bed bugs don't sign it cause they already have them.
