Do they have in room hot tubs and air conditioning

No hot tubs in the room, but there is one by the pool.

No air conditioning. A few rooms have a hot tub in them .

We were there last month, end of August. The bedrooms each included portable fans and we were never uncomfortably hot during the day or night. You are right on the harbor or marina all around you and of course the ideal climate there. There is an outside jacuzzi by the pool. I can't speak for all the units, but our unit did not have an in room hot tub, and I'm guessing the others do not either, but the unit itself was very spacious with 2 separate bedrooms, baths, kitchen, dining area and living room. We really enjoyed the location, the water, the views, the seals, and proximity to all the eateries and activities and shopping right there on the harbor and the beach. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.
