This place is a dump and they mislead with their advertising! They have pictures of so called updated rooms but i stayed here twice and both times they gave me a different room than what was booked and represented on their website. The older English lady at the front desk is also very rude and doesn't seem to care once you make your reservation and she is definitely not helpful. Do yourself a favor and book another hotel near the water or beach because this place is no where near the quality of so called "suites". Some of the rooms look like they've been the same from the 1990s! 😂🤦🏼♂️ hope this review saves people the hassle this place caused me!

The location is great, the views are beautiful and everything is close by. However, the room itself was dated, the carpet was clearly unkempt and filled with dust & stains. The floor was creaky and the headboard was broken and banged on the walls every time I turned over. The shower also looks like it used to have a glass door of some sort but the frame now poses as a safety hazard if I were to slip haha. We also called the front desk to get more towels and such but they never came. I wouldn't want to stay here again because I was kinda uncomfortable, but the areas outside and the balcony are nice :)

For the price you pay they need to do some upgrading and renovations. The Rooms are nice sized but No a/c, the carpets are stained and nasty and now elevators. Bed is comfy and it had a nice showers. The parking lot is HORRIBLE!!!

Positive: You cannot beat the location. Directly on the water and such a beautiful view. The location is the entire reason to stay at this hotel! Fantastic views we even saw a dolphin from the back porch table! Negative: Fair conditions lacking the chain hotel comforts & cleanliness level. Unit had a full kitchen however, no salt & pepper. Full-brew coffee pot but individual serving coffee pouches. Relentlessly loud unit above w/ an awful mattress made for terrible sleep.

I saw people walking dogs when I was there but they may be marina residents or snuck in, the suites are not pet friendly.

Yeah only if you rent the entire place otherwise pool and hot tub guest could completely ruin it
Make sure you ask for an updated room. Alot of the rooms are not updated and are horrible.
They say no dogs , I did see a few dogs their when we stayed
We had the parking lot view with the ocean in the distance.
No hot tubs in the room, but there is one by the pool.
