Worked great for us. Moved me to downstairs room since handicapped. Wish handicap parking was close. Pool was closed few days for not being clean. Was pretty quiet. Close to freeway. Would stay again.

Very poor experience! Refused to stay. We checked into the Best Western Oceanside and was booked into a room on the second floor. As soon as we opened the door to the hallway, we smelled a strong smell of Marijuana down the entire hallway. When we opened our room door, it smelled like spoiled milk. We immediately went to the front desk and asked for another room, only for the clerk to assign us another room in the same pot smelling building. There was no apology or concern about the smell coming from the room or the hallway. We left and found another hotel for the night. The hotel is very old and felt like a cheap motel 6.

Positive: Clean. Friendly & helpful staff. He helped us get a room in an urgent situation and even helped us bring our stuff to the room in the middle of the night.
